Customer Satisfaction
Madison Liquidity Investors has an unwavering commitment to providing superior service. At the completion of each transaction we survey sellers to gain candid feedback about their business experience with us. Our customer-oriented and service-driven culture is evident in our 2006 survey of sellers:
- More than 98 percent of respondents said they would choose to do business with us again;
- More than 98 percent responded that the buying specialist they worked with was informed and helpful; and
- The average satisfaction rating of respondents was 4.6 (on a 5-point scale, 5 being the highest level of satisfaction).
Although our seller survey results exhibit a high level of customer satisfaction, this may not be the case for all sellers.
